Short-term Corporate Training

For organizations that would like to provide short-term training to their staff, Khurasan offers a leadership series called Management and Leadership Development (MLD) program that can be customized to meet all of the management training needs of the business community. At the end of the training program, participants will have gained fundamental skills and knowledge to make them more effective and efficient managers and leaders.

Our method of teaching is both lecture-based (50%) and case study including hands-on activities and exercises (50%). We provide practical examples that are applicable in real life and not just in theory, and provide many opportunities for students to practice what they learn. We use the latest technology including PowerPoint slide presentations, video, and computer programs to teach an enriching curriculum. Each participant will have an opportunity to share and learn from each other as we allow time for in-depth discussions and Q&A.

Our in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Afghan culture gives us an advantage of providing culturally appropriate and relevant examples to our students yet based on current best practices in the management field.

For each course and training session, we will solicit from participants a before and after assessment through a written survey. Each feedback will be analyzed and presented as part of the final report to our clients that will include the goals and outcome of the training sessions and participants’ progress.
