KIHE signed a memorandum of agreement on bilateral cooperation with Ataturk University in June 2011:

The memorandum of agreement covers the following areas.

1: Joint education, cultural and research activities.

2: Exchange of faculty members for research literature and discussion.

3: Exchange of advance gradute and professional students for collaborative or independent research.

4: Participation in seminars and academic meetings.

5: Special short-term academic programs.
